Our client is a world famous passage car company
Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor dealer network performance in the area to ensure Volvo's short and long-term objectives are met.
- Dealer target setting
- Responsibility for planning and delivering monthly and annual sales targets (retail and wholesale) per carline.
- Responsibility for monitoring and maintaining targeted stock levels.
- Co-design and implement with dealers agreed action to improve dealer profitability and performance.
- Ensuring the quality and quantity of dealer activities to achieve the required results.
- Follow up with dealers the sales experience and showroom traffic performance
- Ensures dealers comply with Sales Operating Standards applicable to:
Requirements:
- Experience in the areas of business administration
- Dealer sales experience or other relevant dealer experience
- Knowledge of market and service structure in the Chinese 2.vehicle environment
- Personnel management and good communication skills
- Written and spoken Chinese and English
- Driver's license
- Experience in premium product retail operations - motor 3.vehicle dealer is an asset
- Understanding of basic marketing concepts
- Basic knowledge of electronic data processing
- Capable of working independently
