Position: Quality Manager-World Famous Service Company
Subordinate: 10People
Industry: Service Industry
Location: Shanghai-Xinzhuang
Responsibilities:
#Work closely with the PGS Operations and Quality teams to drive operational processes and compliance;
#Establish and lead process capability initiative across the region/globe;
#Expand and monitor methods to control compliance;
#Lead Quality Assurance (QA) audits to drive consistent execution globally. Conduct periodic quality audits, ensuring local regulatory and customers' requirements are not and follow-up on audit findings and use Continuous Improvement to improve processes;
#Integrate and share best practices and lessons learned, teaming with products, engineering and product service;
#Build strong relationships with the engineering teams, technical support teams, software process / tools teams, quality control teams and productivity teams to drive a customer-facing culture with quality execution;
#Manage Outage Readiness Review process and craft labor quality;
#Assist operations team to execute on the process and quality control strategy, outage readiness reviews, outage tracker compliance and outage risk assessments;
#Write applicable Work Instructions (WI) and assist with implementation of technical and other business procedures consistent with global PGS Quality Systems and Documentation;
#Manage Customer Issue Resolutions (CIR), Continuous Improvement -RCA/NCA and Corrective actions (RCA/CA);
#Support the development of Quality Control Plans, Quality Initiatives/ Programs and Strategies in the region;
#Lead and work closely with EHS on Customer Outreach Program;
#Educate, coach and mentor others on Quality Systems;
#Support NPS and implementation of CAM (Customer Advocacy Model).
Requirements:
#Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quality;
#Minimum 5 years' experience in services and related operations;
#Strong customer service and quality mindset;
#Proven ability to lead in a global environment;
#Exceptional communication and team building skills;
#Demonstrated leadership, organizational and planning skills.
