? Quality Engineer

Main Objectives:
? Take the lead to control production quality, to analyze and solve quality problems to meet quality target.
? Find improvement opportunities and work together with others to pursue continuous improvement.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
? Conduct process audit and product audit to control the product quality and identify improvement opportunities; analyze root cause for quality problems and work through corrective and preventive actions
? Timely follow up the customer complaints and communicate with customers for quality and technical issues
? Establish quality inspection instructions and train quality inspectors to perform the required incoming inspection
? Drive and ensure continuous control and improvement of supplier quality performance together with supply chain team
? Prepare the Quality Plan of new products and projects
? Review engineering change and supplier change, coordinate the internal part release process including sample inspection and approval
? Coordinate external quality audits
? Responsible for the warranty return parts evaluation and disposal
? Identify quality improvement opportunities and lead team to conduct project to solve the issues
Qualification Requirements / Degrees:
? College Degree with major in engineering, mechanical is better

Working Experience:
? 3+ years working experience in quality and production in mechanic industry in a western company
?

Skills:
? Fluent English communication skills in writing and speaking
? Able to understand mechanical drawing and its GD&T(会看机械制图) symbols
? strong communication skills with internal teams and external customers
? good learning skills, having electronic control knowledge will be better
?

? Be able to work independently and proactively with team work spirit, good ability of problem solving.
? Be able and willing to work under pressure, be positive and optimistic
? Drive problems toward resolution when encountering ambiguity, uncertainty, or inflexibility. Hold self accountable for achieving goals and meeting commitments
