Job description –Regional Merchandise Manager
职位简介-南区直营商品经理

Job Request: 工作要求：
l Formulate the buying strategy and product mix&match for seasonal collections规划买货方案及为每个季节产品进行买货及组合搭配
l Participate in all buying activities to optimize business volume完成所有的买货安排来促进生意完成
l Overseas trip for seasonal buying and arrange the local sales conference for franchisees每季国外出差买货及举办国内加盟商的订货会
l Monitor the sales performance and participate in costing, pricing and promotion跟踪销售业绩情况，参与成本控制，价格段和负责区域内营运促销活动方案的制定
l Responsible for the merchandise distribution, stock allocation and merchandise re-ordering management 负责产品的分货，库存的平仓转货和补货事宜
l Provide product knowledge / trends training or equivalent to Retail / Franchisee team提供专业的产品知识，流行趋势的培训
l Responsible for formulating merchandise plan, sales promotion and analyses of sales performance负责产品上货计划制定，促销活动支持和销售情况的分析
l Work closely with visual merchandising department in windows display and in shop visual merchandising, retail marketing event with marketing and retail department.与陈列部门和市场部门紧密配合，在陈列和零售市场促销活动中给出意见
l Handle the stock in over season负责处理往季的库存
l Conduct market research on products and shop visits regularly定期的巡店进行巡店和商品的市场调研
l Provide professional advice on brand/department management给本部门和公司提供专业的合理化建议

Key Requirements:能力要求
l Bachelor’s degree or above本科及以上学历
l At least five years’ working experience in the Retail and Buying at a managerial level至少五年的在零售和买货上面的管理经验
l Experience in the Luxury industry is a plus有奢侈品工作经验者加分
l Well know fashion trends especially in women 对时尚趋势特别是女装的流行趋势很好的掌握
l Excellent skills in communication and training优秀的培训和与人沟通的能力
l Strong sense of responsibility 很强的敬业精神
l Fluent English英文流利
