Qualifications:
l Welding Engineer or Welding Metallurgy Degree.
l Experience in writing Weld Procedure Specifications for critical applications.
l Good communication skills in Chinese & English.
l Thorough understanding of metallurgy & all welding processes
l Thorough understanding of the hard facing market in China.
l Proven success in previous technical sales role with hard facing & filler metal products.
l Business account management of a reasonable standard.
l Ability to establish & maintain excellent customer relationships.
l Good communication skills & attitude towards customer issues on site.
l Must work well under pressure in difficult situations.
l Attention to detail & good business sense.
Responsibilities:
l Actively promote & support the growth ofHardfacing products throughout China.
l Demonstrate product at End-user premises, delivering results beyond the customers expectations.
l Deliver excellent results with hard facing & filler metal sales increases.
l Professionally establish & maintain relationships with Distributors & End-User customers.
l Maximize sales opportunities with all levels of customers.
l Address customer sales issues in a timely & professional manner.
l Represent professionally whilst aggressively securing business.
l Work well together with the Sales & Technical Team.
l Respond efficiently to directives from Sales Director
l Conduct business within the guidelines set out by Thermadyne & Sales Director
