Official Title: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Shanghai Xinzhuang (shuttle bus provided)
Report to: Head of Business Segments Asia Pacific

Principal Accountability:
Describe' what' task is performed,' why' it is performed and 'how' it is performed
Sales accounts management in the defined applications under the Business Segment, responsible for Consumer Electronics/ Optoelectronics
Construction profiles/ Films/Thin Sheets
Decorative parts for automotive sector
Proactively manage customer accounts fulfilling their enquiries, giving necessary presentations, marketing brochures and data sheets, collecting competitive insights, all in order to push for profitable sales in the market segment.

Requirements:
At least 6 years in Sales and Marketing experience in the engineering plastics related industry.
Technical background and experience in the plastics field with good interpersonal skills and disposition can also consider.
Fluent English and Mandarin.
Adequate PC skills- word, excel and PowerPoint.
Able to communicate effectively in writing and verbal with colleagues within China, and with international colleagues on customer and market information.
Offer price quotations to customers, in line with Business Line's and Segment's targets on contribution margins.
Both information provider and decision initiator.
Responsible for Sales targets set in specified area- Sales Volume,Sales revenue and Contribution margin.
Able to communicate effectively at all levels and good interpersonal skills required.
Team player and initiative-driven.
Take initiative and proactiveness in searching for new customers and new untapped applications. Giving timely feedback to Segment Head /team about new opportunities.
Mini Education level: Bachelor
Major preferred: Chemistry or Polymer-Science
Language skills: English Very Good
Minimum years in employment:6-10 years
Preferred industry experience: Automotive and/or in consumer electronics field.
