Job responsibilities ：
1.Understand product knowledge, master company key competitive product lines including application and maintenance;
2.Take the lead in assisting sales team understand customers demands from technical perspective, .assist sales team in after sales activity from technical perspective;
3. Take the lead in assisting customers understand company capability from technical perspective;
4.Setup and maintain the working process in leveraging company technical supporting resources, continuously improve the working process to make sure the customer satisfaction;
5.Act as technology trainer for sales team and customers;
6.Coordinate the internal and external employee communication, including problem collecting, information sharing, product training, by using inside and outside resource;
7.Understand key performance drivers and be a raw model to build up a successful team.

Job requirements ：
1.A Bachelor’s degree or above with background in Electric& Electronics or Mechanism ;
2.At least 5 years working experience and engineering background in an operations/customer service environment;
3.The selected candidate must have an understanding of the Company’s business direction and customer requirements and incorporate this understanding to accomplish individual and team objectives;
4.Some supervisory and training experience is a plus;
5.Excellent leadership, coaching skills and training skills as well as team building and employee development skills with strong performance management and measurement is required;
6.Good communication skill both in Chinese and English;
7.The ability to develop and maintain strong external and internal customer relationships by identifying and anticipating their needs then meeting/exceeding their requirements and specifications is needed;
8.In addition the selected candidate will have demonstrated results improving service, processes, morale and productivity;
9.Proven ability to motivate a team with demonstrated results improving service, processes, morale and productivity;
10.Demonstrated competence in the use of and application of computer technology that supports the department’s objective or advances service excellence and productivity;
11.Proactive in adoption of new technology and tools;
12.Proven change management successes and must possess the profile to be a change agent.
