职位描述：
(一) 信息沟通
1．负责把客户要求传递到公司相关部门；
2．负责与客户沟通双方在合作中出现的问题，寻找最佳解决方案；
3．负责与客户的价格沟通和交货期的沟通；
4．负责产品工艺技术问题、工程项目问题及其他问题的沟通。
(二) 开发、维护和服务
1．建立健全所辖地区和行业的客户数据库，并不断更新完善
2．拜访客户，向客户介绍电缆及附件等产品，提供选型服务，并听取客户意见；
3．审查客户资料，向客户提供报价、库存和交货期；
4．与客户进行价格、交货期、付款方式、供货条件等的商务谈判；
5．签订合同，制定发货计划；
6．跟踪客户对电缆及附件要求的变化，提供最及时的服务；
7．客户满意度调查和评价。
(三) 处理客户反馈
1．负责客户反馈的内部传递；
2．跟踪问题的解决过程；
3．评价问题解决的满意程度；
4．将问题的解决结果回复客户；
5．客户反馈处理评价。
(四) 市场开发
1．了解客户信息、行业动态、行业研发情况及现有市场的情况；
2．分析处理信息，确定市场目标，制定市场和销售计划；
3．跟踪客户需求，努力提高市场份额；
4．了解行业动态和竞争对手发展变化，不断完善销售策略，成为具有竞争力的供应商；
5．积极走访客户，展示公司产品、形象和能力，拉近与客户的距离。
(五) 监控货款
1．按规定与客户达成销售合同付款条件；
2．在规定的账期内收回货款；
3．对超账期货款，应采取有效措施催收，催收无效，应升级处理；
4．及时掌握客户的资信状况，防止出现呆账和死账；
5．对任何原因产生的超账期或呆账、死账都承担责任。
(六) 其他任务
1．按规定及时完成提交客户拜访报告、每月工作计划、工作小结和项目计划跟踪表；
2．参与并配合技术支持做好展览会和讲座的筹备、安排和组织工作。
任职要求：
1． 熟练掌握公司电线电缆、电缆附件和工业连接器等产品及其实际应用方面的知识；
2． 具备良好的人际交往和沟通能力，以及良好的表达能力；
3． 较强的独立工作能力和主观能动性，以及发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力；
4． 对市场有敏锐的观察力；
5． 良好的英语或德语阅读与理解能力，有听说能力更佳。
6． 市场营销知识、进出口贸易业务知识和经济合同知识
7． 计算机基础知识及常用软件知识；
8. 能适应经常出差。
