We are listed in NYSE in 2010.
Main Responsibility:
1.Monitor the whole internal control system, including designing and implementation of preventative and detective internal controls and related process in all function;
2.Be responsible for SOX compliance, annual SOX testing, certification and training to all business managers and key employees;
3.Provide training to business managers and employees to enhance the trainee's awareness of risk management knowledge, and internal control knowledge;
4.Lead ERP system implementation, including identifying vendors, configuration and implementations;
5.Be responsible for the internal audit function.
Qualification:
1.Bachelor degree above;
2.Familar with USGAAP and Sox.
3.25-35 years old;
4.Good oral English;
5.Big four background is a plus.
