职责范围 :
1） 负责产品的技术支持。解答部门内维修人员日常技术问题；跟踪/更新/分发产品支持信息；制定和执行技术培训计划；评估维修人员技术能力。
2）负责与集团总部和生产中心的技术联系。通报并执行总部技术公告；协助产品技术的发布宣传；协助客服助理处理内部索赔事宜；
3） 协助客服经理进行质量及安全管理。检查执行安全要求；统计产品质量并向总部和生产中心反馈；协助执行服务质量评估；
4）进行技术研究。对产品（特别是新产品）使用过程中的经验归纳总结，提出解决方案。
5） 组织技术手册和文件的翻译工作。

职位要求：
1)机电类本科以上，五年以上实际机电产品工作经验，客服工作经验尤佳；
2)语言表达力强，具英文沟通能力;
3)具服务理念，有团队合作精神；有基本的商业理念；有管理经验最佳；
4)年龄30-40岁，有驾照为佳；

Key responsibilities:
a)Be responsible for supporting service technicians on all technical issues, e.g., daily Q&A, service bulletin,
technical training scheduling and implement, evaluation of technician’s skill, etc.
b)Communication with headquarter and production centers, for technical information and internal claim process.
c)Help service manager managing the service quality and safty.
d)Product technology research. Collecting information and supply technical solutions

f)Translation technical documents.

Key Requirements:
a)Bachelor Degree or above in Mechanical or Electrical; customer service experience preferred;
b)Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English
c)Customer focused team player; basic business sense; management experience a big advantage;
d)Aged 30-40，driver’s license a plus.
