职位描述
工作职责与任务：
(一) 负责仓库的日常工作
1．负有防火防盗责任；
2．海关保税物资的监管和统计；
3．库存物资的盘点统计；
4．装卸货物的安全责任性强。
(二) 负责成品材料的入库工作
1．办理进口产品海关保税登记，监管货物的进出报关记录。
2．货物入库前根据采购合同及装箱单就所收产品的规格型号、数量、颜色、包装、印字、认证标记等进行验收，做到货、单相符；
3．核对后，填写货物认定入库单，并进行记账和计算机的数据输入；
4．负责货物入库的分类编号存放，将有关单证妥善归档保管。
(三) 负责货物的发放
1．根据出货通知单准备发货产品，必要时进行重新剪切包装；
2．根据销售合同制作装箱单等发货单据；
3．发货前核对销售合同，确认规格型号、数量、包装等符合合同要求；
4．联系运输公司按时提货并送交客户；
5．货物发出后立即记账并输入计算机；
6．及时将交货信息及装运单据和运输发票交内勤销售，以便与客户顺利结算消帐。
(四) 负责出入库货物的管理
1．盘点、核实库存，记账单与计算机存档是否一致，如不一致，查对并纠正；
2．按内部要求和海关监管要求保管所有出入库货物；
(五) 负责月底盘点，月末装订本月所有单据，并收存管理；
(六) 负责材料、备件消耗统计；
岗位技能要求：
1．具有良好的沟通技能；
2．能熟练运用计算机办公软件；
3．熟悉电线电缆及附件的一般产品知识；
4．熟练掌握使用灭火器，及其它消防设施；
5．能熟练进行资料整理、分类；
6．有叉车操作证；
7．仓库管理知识；
8．计算机基础知识、办公软件知识；
9．进出口贸易知识。
