职位描述：
1、辅助完成各项培训任务
2、配合团队制定培训计划和培训考核标准
3、配合培训部门完成培训效果分析与总结
4、配合团队进行培训课程开发、确保培训计划符合培训需求
5、参与培训授课与课堂演示、协助编制、设计培训讲义与培训课程结构
6、定期配合各中心进行咨询指导（下店或其他形式）
7、参与部分日常中心内销售工作、跟踪一线员工变化、改进培训计划
任职资格
1、熟练掌握咨询顾问工作内容、对此岗位有独立见解、能够发挥自身经验优势、教学/培训课堂风格鲜明
2、具备课堂的掌控能力、备课充分、能够适应独立上课
3、具备较强的亲和力和感染力
4、良好的文字功底和优秀的语言表达能力、沟通能力、思维敏捷； 团队合作意识强，领导力潜质
5、统筹、规划性强、有一定管理、策划经验、能适应短期出差(下店指导)
6、本科以上学历、教育学、英语等专业优先
7、两年以上一线早教咨询顾问经验、有培训经验者优先考虑、对婴幼儿早期教育有长远发展的兴趣

积木宝贝国际早教致力于0—6岁婴幼儿体能、智能、心理平衡发展。其课程体系由中国科学院、中央教科研究所、北京大学、ITLA（国际玩具图书馆协会）共同研发，100余位国内外专家联合攻关，在5万份中国儿童生长发育跟踪测评的基础上，独创"三维平衡"发展理论，针对性研发出国内独有的科学测评体系，并联合ITLA引进全套北美***教具，让中国宝宝体能、智能、心理能力平衡发展，全面拥有实现梦想的能力。
 
      Gymangel International Early Education aims to promote the balanced development of physique, intelligence, and social emotions of children aged 0–6 years old. The classes has been co-developed by the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chinese National Institute for Education Research, Peking University, and the International Toy Library Association.
Based on traking assessment of the development of 50,000 Chinese children, and in conjunction with the cooperation of over 100 experts from China and overseas, we believe that intellectual, physical and social emotional growths are all equally important and should be developed with balance.
