职位描述
Job Description:
*Actively approaching the selected 100-150 Authorized Partners, identifying needs and provide sales support on timely manner
* Evaluating the Sales -Out Reports to analyze the development of new potential AP, doing statistics
* Handling the Inbound Calls in a professional way with sales focused mind
*Doing Outbound calls to develop non-active partners, or partners who have a good business potential
*Pro-actively handling of the CRM lead queue; to qualify AP - every partner has to be contacted personally and checked if the reseller is a good, potential partner of us (Quality not only Quantity driven scanning of the market)
*Qualifying leads (end-users, partners etc)
*Responsible for trainings of AP-developing Webinars and context of Webinars together with company’s Academy, Trainer
*Responsible for inviting partners to join Partner Forum, Business Seminar & Academy Fundamental to support the Channel development activities
* Regularly join and participate at Business Seminar, Partner Forum, and Academy Fundamental to meet customers, to get in touch with customers and use this possibility to recruit new partners
* Partly visit fairs, exhibitions or important key customers together with regional KAM; to meet from time to time customers in the field to gain experience and work more closely with customers in the market
* Act as the CRM representative within a subsidiary, informing and training the sub-team about changes, updates of CRM; furthermore being the interface to HQ
* Responsible of control and handle the demo pool within the region
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree in related field
* Technical knowledge in order to provide first level technical information
* Enthusiasm about IP technology and being good at the telephone (phone voice)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Efficient in multi-task management and problem solving
* Sales driven
* Fluent in English, oral and written
