Mission:

* Selling SMT placement machines and stencil-free printers in South China

Key responsibilities will include:
*To expand the customer base for our company and to build strong and lasting direct relationships with our customers.
*Coming from the SMT industry the successful candidates will use their already extensive customer knowledge in the regions to quickly show results in terms of new leads.
*To evaluate their markets and identify key potential customers, to promote our brand to these customers through regular customer visits, technical presentations etc.
*To work with and support existing distributors in their sales work.

Requirements:

*Proactive, open, honest and a team player.
*Have a very good technical understanding of SMT machinery and production flow/processes and probably have a background in Production Engineering.
*Able to bring a broad customer contact network into his new job that can directly benefit our business within the short term to medium term.
*Good command of written and spoken English
*Used to working with high-level local and multinational customers in China.
