Sales Manager-Mining
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our ever-expanding mining operations. Reporting to the general manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new project opportunities, creating and maintaining strong client relationships, submitting accurate and timely pricing, and following projects through from tender to completion. This role will be based at our headquarters in Qingdao but will require frequent travel to the Heibei mine site, which is located 2 hours away from Baoding City. Travel to client sites is also required. Accommodation and relocation assistance will be provided for the right candidate.
Job description:
● In this exciting and fast paced role, you will be responsible for generating strong new client relationships then nurturing those relationships to develop high-profile clients. You will develop and manage your client base and utilize your passion and energy to build upon the company profile and exceed sales targets.
● Drafting and maintaining sales contract
● Executing delegated strategies to develop and grow assigned territories
● Able to identify red flags with account, handle objections, identify influencers and know competitors
● Planning weekly/ monthly sales activities and report to finance
● Conducting and facilitating presentations and coordinating the preparation of Sales proposals, tenders/bids, contracts,
● Building solid and valuable business partnerships, providing solutions not just products.
● Make realistic sales budget and maintain order backlog
● Enter sales order information in ERP and oversee shipping and on-time delivery of products to customers
● Negotiate credit terms with customers and assist and prevent bad debt from happening
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
● Experience in managing client relationships, creating and implementing successful sales strategies, and achieving sales goals
● JD Edwards experience with
● Proven ability to identify new sales opportunities and win accounts
● A highly customer-focused mindset and leadership ability
● Strong, demonstrated influence and negotiation skills
● Passion and drive for smashing sales targets and earning bonus
● Excellent Organization Skills, time management, the ability to Juggle Various Tasks at One Time & Persistence to "Get the Job Done".
● Fluent in English
