岗位要求：

1、对客户投诉、意见和建议的整理、统计，传递；

2、负责受理服务热线及客户投诉的来电记录登记；

3、具备一定的英文邮件撰写能力，回复部分国外客户的邮件。

4、专科及以上学历英语读写良好，有相关工作经验者优先。
