IT Manager
Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and results-driven IT Manager to join our ever-expanding mining operations. Reporting to the CFO, the successful applicant will be responsible for managing all day-to-day operational and technical support activities. This role will be based at our headquarters in Qingdao but will require some travel to the Heibei mine site, which is located 2 hours away from Baoding City. Accommodation and relocation assistance will be provided for the right candidate.

As the ERP IT Manager you will be responsible for
● Provide IT support to internal user and external guest
● Provide support to the ERP system implementation (JD Edwards) and ongoing support to ERP users in terms of setting access rights, module customization and trouble-shooting
● Support and maintain a stable and secure IT infrastructure ( Firewall, Network, Server, Printer, etc.)
● Maintain internal systems
● Hardware & Software maintenance
● Coordinating with IT vendor and service provider
● Maintain IT guidelines and other documents for audit purpose; create or carry out IT policies, procedures and guidelines.
● Provide after hours support on an on-call basis as required
● Responsible for IT budgeting, IT resource allocation and asset management.
● In charge of the planning/organizing of IT training for staffs. IT related training for new employees

Key attributes of the successful applicant will include
● IT related degree, 2 ~ 5 years IT working experience, preferable in MNC’s IT department
● A strong background in ERP systems and understanding of the core modules within the ERP
● Knowledge of and exposure to application security and IT general controls
● Awareness of IT Governance, Risk and Compliance tools
● Demonstrated experience in IT and ERP project implementations
● Business process / requirements analysis skills
● Excellent teamwork, well developed communication skills, both written and verbal; and
● Proven experience managing priorities and meeting tight deadlines
● Testing and data migration experience

成功应聘者应具有的素质
● IT相关专业，2-5年IT工作经验，最好曾在跨国公司的IT部门工作过。
● 具有良好的ERP系统背景，了解 ERP的核心模块
● 具有应用程序安全性和IT一般控制等方面的知识。
● 具有IT管理，风险与流程稽核工具意识
● 具有IT和ERP项目实施经验
● 了解业务流程/需求分析技巧
● 优秀的团队精神，良好的书面和口头沟通技巧
● 在优先级管理方面具有成熟的经验，并能按时完成期限紧迫的任务。
