职位价值：

1.具体实施公司综合经营计划和指标管理体系的建立完善，维持体系的正常运作，对其运行和实施进行监控、督导，进行综合经营分析；

2.研究公司、部门年度和月度计划、实绩跟踪管理以及对策完成情况抽查；

3.公司管理标准体系和流程改造管理，兼顾公司的企业发展规划、组织架构和部门职能职责管理，点检确保企业各项业务高效、顺利进行；

4.推行项目管理，对项目进行可行性研究、目标导向分析和工作结构分解，确保项目的顺利实施。



工作职责：

1.年度经营计划的实施和推进，对完成情况的跟踪、监督检查；

2.指标管理体系的推广和管理，和上级单位的指标管理的沟通、衔接和落实，组织指标的年度规划、部门分解；

3.公司指标库的更新维护，指标的收集、整理和分析，以及指标完成情况的检查和考核；

4.推进执行上级单位的经营分析政策，经营分析的核算、督导和反馈，发现问题的对策制定、跟踪落实和纠正预防，年度总结和评点；

5.公司、部门年度大事督办管理；

6.部门考评管理。



任职资格：

1．学历要求：本科及以上；

2．专业要求：企业管理、生产管理、技术管理、质量管理、财务管理相关专业；

3．知识要求：知识面广博，有较合理的知识结构，懂得档案管理及IT信息相关内容；

4．技能要求：熟练的文字编辑能力；较强的英语读写能力；较强的写作能力及总结归纳能力。
