青岛招聘

1、组织并参与编制平板电脑产品的作业指导书和工时定额等文件；
2、生产车间操作指导和产品技术问题的协调解决；
3、通过制程工艺优化推进质量改善、提效和降成本等工作；
4、研究IE手法并推动生产设备、周转器具和产品DFM相关改善；
5、平板电脑产品生产工艺研究；

岗位要求
1、 本科及以上学历，电子、机械、计算机和IE等相关专业，三年以上平板电脑（或PAD）
2、 制造工艺或产品工艺工作经验，熟悉平板电脑产品原理、测试工艺和制造加工流程；
3、 思维清晰，工作规划和总结能力强，有强烈的责任心，具备较好的沟通和协调能力；
4、 工作严谨细致、敬业，具备服务现场的意识和团队协作能力；
5、 抗压能力强，敢于从事挑战性工作；
