General management of sales – Branch sales manager of Qingdao, Company North China

Local position
Location: Qingdao
Role & general responsibility of the position
- Lead and manage all sales activities by following the policy and guideline of the company.
- Accountable for volume and yield performance.
- Export and import sales execution in scope of responsibility.
- Ensure sales effectiveness & efficiency in the sale team.
- Sales channel management & optimization. More focus on the development of direct sales segment.
- Customer satisfaction & loyalty for local customer.
- Track & analyze market development.
- Manage inland operations within the geographic scope of responsibility in close conjunction with cluster operation.
- Ensure smooth coordination at Qingdao between Company and other business entities of the Company.
- Ensure good relationship with local government entities to build up healthy environment for group investment, and brand reputation maintenance.
Essential job tasks
- Export and import sales pipeline management & forecasting
- Management of local cost of sales under scope or responsibility
- Lead and develop the sales team
- Resource selection, development & succession
- Revenue & yield opportunity reviews
- Increase customer satisfaction & loyalty
- Sales productivity improvement

- Vessel utilization in line with targets
- Increase sales performance
- Optimize cost of sales
