职位描述
Lead and manage all sales activities in the branch covering cross area byfollowing the policy and guideline of the company.
Accountable for volume and yield performance.
Export and import sales execution in scope of responsibility.
Ensure sales effectiveness & efficiency in the sale team.
Sales channel management & optimization. More focus on the development of direct sales segment.
Customer satisfaction & loyalty for local customer.
Track & analyze market development.
Manage inland operations within the geographic scope of responsibility in close conjunction with cluster operation.
Ensure smooth coordination at Qingdao between company and other business entities of the company.
Ensure good relationship with local government entities to build up healthy environment for group investment, andbrand reputation maintenance.
