Responsibilities:

● Make the expense provision on monthly basis, Include loan interest, electricity, water, phone etc, keep the

list and the calculation method every month.

● Keep the prepaid expense list and amortize it on monthly basis.

● Calculate and book the standard cost difference on monthly basis for local reports.

● Reconcile the GL accounts before month end closing, and keep the record.

● Calculate foreign exchange gain or loss and stock interest before month end closing.

● HBI & HBII adjustment.

● Coordinate with HQ Controller to update the standard cost, and check the RM code, understand the cost

allocation logic.

● Ensure the stock record are correct, include RM withdraw, FG input, etc. Spot check on the stock, arrange

the stock physical inventory based on company requirement, keep the record and make the adjustment on time.

● Send the stock report to the related people timely.

● Production cost analysis and related reports on monthly basis before 10th every month, and provide

improvement suggestion.

● Selling, general and administrative expenses analysis on monthly basis.

● Ensure all the expense booking are in correct cost center and accounts.

● Prepare the chemical analysis report on monthly basis.

● Fixed Assets checking, arrange the Fixed Assets physical inventory on yearly basis.

● Finish monthly, quarterly and yearly HBI & HBII report on time.

● Check the vouchers that prepared by accountant, ensure the local tax report correctly & timely, including

VAT, Income Tax, VAT return, Stamp Tax, water found etc.

● Prepare the reports for the Financial Bureau.

● Mid month and month end cash flow report preparation.

● Filing reports documents.

● Involve the budget preparation. Prepare the information for budget preparation. Prepare budget analysis.

● Support internal and external Audit.

● Support yearly stock taken and make sure the adjustment in time.

● Other accountant works checking.

● SAP training & Implementation.

Requirement:

● Bachelor or above

● Major in accounting

● ERP system training

● Above five years working experience in accounting in manufacturing company, at least two years cost

accounting experience, one year accounting supervisor work experience, familiar with SAP or other ERP system.

● Grasp MS Office operation and internet

● Good English communication skills
