职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Maintain assembly equipment & processes that is actively supporting production or engineering both on site and at sub contractors locations.
- Support the contract manufacturer of products and process for manufacturing and implement changes to make improvements. Including direct print marking, laser scribing.
- Develop and maintain in-house service Bureau software and process, procedures, documentation and controls to implement standard test methodologies, etc.
- Work with Process & Quality engineering to perform Manufacturing improvements needed to support high yields or reduced manufacturing costs.
- Ensure Manufacturing adheres to procedures and that the procedures are continuously improved to capture lessons learned. Displaying metrics to show progress through the process.
- Assign Projects/Tasks to optimize group output efficiency and Integrated product development effectiveness.
- Review & issue monthly KPI’s for the manufacturing & production department
- Analyzing if the infrastructure meets the requirements (from floor/line setup, workstations and/or servers, operator manpower, etc).
- Manage, train and support operators who performs the actual production & Assembly.
Qualifications:
- A minimum is a Bachelors degree in a technical field is required (Telecom or Mobile preferred).
- Experience of 5 or more years in a manufacturing environment
- Experience of 5 or more years managing multiple projects in an engineering environment is required
- Experience of software systems is required
- Experience of printing, laser scribing is advantageous
