Key Accountabilities:

Key Result Areas:

• Employing sales and technical expertise the incumbent will focus on developing tangible new business with key Chinese Equipment Manufacturers, and key Chinese and international Rail or construction equipment builders.

• Proactively chase the market, to find the new growing point / field.

• Work with global team to bring more products into China.

? To manage and develop Trelleborg Anti Vibration products business by achieving targeted budget / revenue .

? Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area.

? Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.

? Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.

? Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.

? Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

Esssential Criteria:

- Degree in business studies, engineering or related subject

- Minimum 5-7 years experience in an engineering, sales and/or marketing role.

- Experience in a sales capacity, responsible for new business growth and customer / client relationship management is essential and required

- The ability to plan, prioritise and work to tight deadlines is essential.

- Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills

- Good spoken & written communication skills in English.

- Good spoken of Korean would be highly appreaciated.
