Key Responsibilities
·Manage all IT and telecommunication systems and functions in the company’s Beijing & Qingdao offices as well as project site offices
·Maintain office network and enforce the implementation and administration of appropriate standards, procedures, controls and protection; including hardware , software, virus protection, backups and maintenance
·Manage the strategic and tactical IT planning necessary to provide ongoing support to the business
·Develop and implement IT policies and procedures in alignment with Group policies
·Prepare IT budget and ensure cost-effective use of the budget
·Maintain register of hardware, software, and office equipment
·Administer user account for e-mail, telecommunication and office security system
·Interface with all parties regarding internal and external communication lines
·Liaison with corporate IT personnel for implementation of corporate strategies
·Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective purchasing of hardware and software
·Coordinate end-user training
·Reporting

Basic Requirements
·Bachelor’s degree or above
·Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT maintenance, at least 3 years’ experience on network administration,
·Experience in an international company
·Good interpersonal and leadership skills
·Good English language skills both verbal and written
·Proactive, takes ownership and responsibility for tasks, drives results
·Self motivated, service oriented and good team player


Capabilities


·Familiar with MS windows/Linux system
·Experience on Cisco network/voice construction
·Cisco network/voice certification
·Familiar with network topology & protocol
