Responsibilities:

1. Recruiting

- Build up effective recruitment channel (web, agency, campus, internal refer, etc) to conduct efficient recruitment (interviewing, selecting, offer and engagement)

2. Manpower Budgeting

- Assist supervisor to make Operator manpower budgeting analysis according to company business need

- Tracking the operator approval process for manpower request

3. Employee Entry and Exit management

- Implement the employee entry and exit process and procedure to ensure be in an effective and consistent way and fully compliance

4. Employee information System Maintenance

Updated and Maintenance the employee information system accurately and timely (including personal profile, hiring information, contract information, punishment information, exit information, transfer information, position information, etc.)

Qualification:
- Bachelor or above degree, major in Human Resources or English

- At least 1 year in recruitment experiences, preferably in headhunting and recruitment agency

- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint

- Fluent English both written and oral
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork
- Reliable, initiative, passionate, fast, and hardworking
