Responsibility & Routine:
1.Assist PM to set up and implement annual department plan and objective
2.Manage production actively to achieve the output. Responsible for the implement and adjustment of the plan .Supervise worker’s operation and make sure that the workers strictly follow the operating rules.
3.Conduct periodical efficiency assessment of production line and workstation, and find a way to improve plant logistic system and material control system.
4.Control and improve the production quality, output and cycle time to reduce the cost in order to raise the productivity.
5.According to the arrangement of the PM, contact with the staffs of other departments to handle some special issues; Implement the quality system in dairy production activities.
6.Responsible for the training for the operators and security supervising (5S, RoHS and EHS etc).

Qualification:
1.University graduated with major in Mechanical-Electronics or equivalent; At least five years production management relative experience
2.Be aware of and master modern enterprise production management theory, approach, method such as ISO9000, PDM and LP, etc.
3.Be familiar with product. Has independent working competence; good teamwork player and strong communication capability with other department, trouble shooting quickly and correctly.
4.Has abundant ERP operation experience in production area. Be familiar with the production managing system, work-shop material managing system. With abundant
