职位描述
Be responsible to lead the quality work within the business team, looking for new production possibilities and best quality performance, ensures that the IKEA products in a given Material Area fulfill the different IKEA technical, quality and environmental requirements.
Main Tasks:
- At all times secure the product quality requirements.
- Work proactively to improve customer experienced product quality.
- Solve quality problems with a sense of urgency.
- Support the technical development of new products and start up of running products at new suppliers.
- Lead improvement projects of products, production processes, packaging, loading quality and materials.
- Work with production efficiency and product adaptation in order to reduce cost.
- Analyze and improve the supplier’s quality performance.
- Being a specialist within the area of i.e production, material, and new development.
Qualifications:
- Industrial engineering or production background
- Proven management skills
- Been working in a process industry
- Knowledge in quality system standard
- Determine and high integrity
- Self driven/ structured and organized
- Communicative and open minded
- Team player
- Fluent oral and written English
