Main Tasks:

• Secure at all times the product quality requirements
• Work proactively to improve Customer Experienced Product Quality
• Solve quality problems with a sense of urgency
• Actively contribute to improvements and participate in projects, including production, processes, packaging, loading and product changes
• Support the technical development of new products and start up of running products at new suppliers
• Work with production efficiency and product adaptation in order to reduce cost
• Analyze and improve the supplier’s quality performance
  

Qualifications:

• Industrial Engineering background, 2-3 years experience in wood/layglued furniture is preferred
• Good understanding of production process, product requirements, standards and test methods
• Strong knowledge in quality management system standard
• Self-driven with open and positive mind
• Result-oriented with a “hands on” practical approach
• Has a good ability and interest to establish professional relationships /communication with suppliers and colleagues
• Structured and organized
• High integrity
• Team player
• Fluent oral and written English
• Be able to travel frequently
