Main Job Responsibilities

主要工作职责：

1. Responsible for making sales plan and achieving sales targets

负责制订区域销售计划及完成销售目标

2. Work with team to increase sales from current accounts and develop potential market & customers

和团队一起挖掘现有客户的潜力并开发潜在的市场及客户

3. Oversee and coordinate with all internal related functions to assure quality products and all requirements for customers will be met on existing business/new sales developments etc

负责协调和监督内部各相关部门，确保产品的质量和客户的需求符合现有市场及未来的发展

4. Report to the Managing Director of China.

Job requirement

岗位要求

1. College degree or above

专科以上学历

2. 8 years sales experience or 5 years textile sales experience, preferably in interlining industry

8年以上销售经验或5年以上纺织品销售经验, 有衬布行业工作经验优先

3. Good communication and negotiation skill;

良好的沟通、谈判能力

4. Be fluent in both spoken & written English & Chinese Mandarin

流利的英中文的书面、口头表达能力

5. Good computer skill,

良好的电脑办公操作技能

6. Able to travel frequently and work under pressure

适合频繁出差和在压力下工作

7. Personality: dynamic, hardworking, sincere, good working attitude, business orientated and team work spirit.

积极主动，踏实肯干，为人诚恳，以工作为核心，具有良好的工作态度。具有良好的沟通及团队精神
