Financial Accountant-Mining(HeBei)

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced financial accountant to join the Hebei gold mining Team, located 2 hours away from Baoding City. The successful applicant will be responsible for the bookkeeping of daily AR/AP, inventory movement and production costing using ERP. It’s a residential role which will be based at the mine site. Initial training at the Qingdao headquarters will be provided. Accommodation and relocation assistance will be provided for the right candidate.

Job description:
● Account/invoice checking with supplier;
● AP/AR reconciliation;
● Review accounting documents to ensure accuracy of information and calculation for accounts preparation process;
● Calculation of salary, tax and social benefits;
● Oversee inventory receipt and shipment of inventory;
● Data input in JDE system for monthly closing;
● Assist with month end closing, JDE maintenance, account reconciliation, balance check;
● VAT-input and Fixed Assets management;
● Cooperate with other department, initiate action plan according to audit finding and financial risk;
● Assist with Internal and External Audit;
● Training to other department and improve internal process and assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls;
● Prepare financial management report & account reconciliation & ensure all reporting deadlines are met;
● ERP finance master data maintenance;
● Assist the finance team to monitor the budget and prepare the forecast for the business;
● Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by team leader.

Requirement

● Major in finance or accounting, bachelor degree;
● Fluent English in speaking, writing
● Good knowledge of JD Edwards
● At least one year working experience in manufacturing industry
● Profound EXCEL data mining and formula skill




财务会计—采矿业(河北阜平矿区会计）

职位描述：
● 与供应商核对账户信息及发票；
● 应付应收账目核对；
● 审查会计凭证，以确保信账目编制过程中信息和计算的准确性；
● 工资和社会保险的计算
● 负责对出入库进行监督管理
● 完成JDE系统每月的数据输入；
● 月末关帐，JD Edwards系统维护，账目检查，差额检查；
● 增值税及固定资产管理；
● 根据审计结果及财务风险，与其他部门协作展开行动计划；
● 协助内部及外部审计；
● 为其他部门提供相关培训并改进流程, 协助内部控制文件和监管工作；
● 编写财务管理报告及账目核对，确保在规定的期限内完成；
● ERP财务主数据维护；
● 协助财务小组监控预算并编制企业预测报告；
● 主管分配的其他任务。

职位要求：

● 财务审计专业，本科学历；
● 英语口语及书面英语流利；
● 熟练掌握JDE系统模块；
● 在制造业或矿业拥有两年以上经历；
● 熟练掌握EXCEL中数据采集及公式。
