Main Tasks:

• Lead and set up the agenda for developing production competence & knowledge
• Implement and provide production specifications and solutions
• Be responsible for systematization and developing working methods in IKEA suppliers regarding productivity, quality, material-utilization, machine-utilization,delivery performance
  

Qualification:

• At least 5 years working experience in an international environment
• Proven experience in running and optimizing industrial production
• Expertise of LEAN production is must
• Leadership experience on operational management level
• Smart think & Result driven

• Strong communication & networking skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
