May be assigned to perform duties in other F&B outlets when needed

如需要，完成上级布置的有关餐饮部其它分部的工作。

Takes order, promote outlet’s specials and serves in accordance to the established standard.

根据现有的标准，记录客人的点菜并向客人推荐本部的特色菜。

Monitors and supervises flow of service at the assigned station/bar.

监督并管理本部的服务情况。

Takes order, promote beverage specials, prepare and serve all beverages in accordance to the established standards.

记下点菜及特色菜，并根据标准来准备、服务所有的酒水。

Presents guests check and follow all billing procedures.

递给客人帐单，并按照结单程序来走。

7.

Ensure subordinates carry out pre-service duties.

确保下级做好服务前的准备工作。

Ensure adequate supplies of materials and requisitions for general supplies.

Ensure all fixtures and operating equipment is in good working condition.
