熟悉工厂管理流程及质量控制流程，对工业产品的质量管理体系有具体了解，学习能力强，熟悉电动车及运动器材类产品优先。最低要求为具有企业内审员资格，工作严谨认真，具有产品改进及开发思路等能力者优先。因工作需要得经常出差。英语虽不限等级，因工作需要有CET4优先。
