Asia Pacific Quality Engineer (建筑材料行业领先公司，市中心上班，独立负责供应商质量的管理和改进，团队管理，向亚太区CEO汇报，国外培训机会)
Job Purpose / Understanding:
The quality engineer is responsible for supplier management, supplier training and product inspection.
Responsible for / Establishing:
Responsible for carrying out process audit in Asia, as well as supporting corporate Quality Assurance in the assessment of supplier quality systems based on established requirements.
Assess supplier quality performance, and determine corrective actions.
Use quality tools such as capability studies, histograms and Pareto charts to analyze and report supplier quality performance.
Work with sourced suppliers to improve customer satisfaction and reduce claims primarily
Provided quality-related and manufacturing training as needed for suppliers in Asia
Inspect the product and follow up the corrective actions.
Key data/measures for area of responsibility / Measured on:
Supplier audit report
Supplier ranking performance
Supplier corrective action report
Quality compliance for the goods delivered;
Onsite inspection report
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree, major in Science and Engineering
At least 3-5 years related working experience in manufacturing, purchasing, sourcing or supplier management in multinational company
Good command of English.
Experience with third party management
Experience with a due diligence process
Must be proficient in the use and application of quality tools, data collection, analysis and reporting; SPC trained or Green Belt preferred
Technical experience and education (engineering, science)
Quality Assurance and Quality Control experience within a manufacturing setting
System internal auditor is a must, external auditor is a plus
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Capable of quickly developing an understanding of assigned commodities.
Willing to travel frequently.
