职位描述
Job Responsibility:
1. Develop the overall business opportunities of retail outlets in the region.
2. Develop MRO business opportunities, ensuring the growth of total store number in the region.
3. Have the good mapping of retail outlets network in the region.
4. Keep ParkerStore in the region within Parker Corporate Identity and Parker standard/criteria.
5. Ensure all activities comply with relevant acts and regulations and with professional and ethical standards.
6. Demonstrates teamwork and team building skills to produce results and meet organizational objectives.
7. Ensure all expenses are kept to a minimum and ways of reducing costs are examined.
8. Actively participate in the CI/LEAN program and promote Parker's WIN Strategy.
9. In carrying out all duties the major focus must be on providing premier customer service.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree (BA) in mechanical engineering, or related field.
2. 3 years above sales or channel management experience in industrial products is a must.
3. Motion & control products or related market and product knowledge.
4. Experience in industrial retail channel development is a plus.
5. Business developer/selling skill set.
6. Teamwork, service oriented person.
7. Hard working, teamwork and strong communication skills.
8. Basic English skill
