职位描述
岗位职责:
1.负责浙江区域内的客户的管理(Base宁波)。维护好良好的客情关系。
2、负责区域国美/苏宁等大客户,A/R, ,PSI,返品,样机等指标的达成和客户数据库管理;
3、负责区域国美/苏宁等大客户体系的规划、建设、管理、支持;
4、负责区域国美/苏宁等大客户关系管理、销售管理等相关制度的建立、规范及落实;
5、负责区域国美/苏宁等大客户合作伙伴队伍的建设
岗位要求:
1.大学本科及以上学历
2.3年以上家电IT产品相关领域销售经验;有电器行业在国美苏宁等渠道销售管理;
3.跨部门团队协作经验,有较强工作推进能力、沟通能力;
4.熟练使用各种OFFICE办公软件;
5.英文CET4以上
Job Description:
1. Sales Quota Achievement and Region Business Plan
To fulfill the analysis of sales target in the term of evaluation, work out the sales plan to supervise the fulfillment.
2. Program Execution & Coordination
Supervise the program execution in regions efficiently. supervise and evaluation of program execution.
3. Sales Team Management & Resource Management
Manage and evaluate the daily work of sales team. Plan and supervise the distribution of regional resource reasonably.
4. Local Team Engagement, Key Dealer Engagement & Key CES Account Engagement
Engage in conversation to local team, key dealers and CES accounts. Collect issues, the operating information and policies of our Toshiba and then give the feedback.
5. Dealer Development
Establish dealers’ business developing programs together. Promote the execution of these programs.
6. City Expansion
Plan to develop regional dealers, for the need of regional market.
7. Sales Related Problem Solving
To collecting and feedback the issues existing in regional sales process
Job Requirement:
1. 3 years relevant experience of IT or Electric company
2. College education or above and MNC background is plus
3. Positive under pressure, team player, self-driven, quick learning and have high level responsibilities
4. Be good at MS Office
5. Be willing to travel
6. Be good at speaking and writing English and Japanese is plus
