职位描述
GroupThe Project Quality Leader is responsible for the quality of the OCP project:
- Ensures that the offer is built-in to reach the satisfaction of the customers
- Guarantees that the Voice Of Customer is well collected, analyzed and ranked
- Manages the Project Quality Plan
- Guarantees the best application of the Offer Creation Processes and Design Process Methods and Tools
- Assists the Project Managers on risk management
- Participates proactively to experience and best practices sharing in the project quality community

- As responsible of the overall Project Quality:
- Help on methods/tools to go from the collection of the Customer voice to Offer Requirement;and assure it's change is assessed within project team;
- Collect and analysis on the similar product field experience and define the quality goal;
- Involve all the project team in the Quality Plan; and make sure it's consistent with project budget and schedule;
- Ensure that all offer requirements are well taken in account in the product and Architecture design;
- Support, coach the team on methods and quality tools needed to reach Robustness Design and Quality targets;
- Ensure Product specification cover all CTQ points;
- Provide support on AFEMA and DFMEA
- Pilot of Electronic Component Selection and Qualification
- Check the Verfication test VS DFMEA and Specification
- Perform Validation assessment
- Lead Safety Process in parrellel
- Coach the project team on tailoring PMP in accordance with project scope and in the respect of customer objectives;
- Perform Quality assessment for each gate by Project Quality Score and carry out the SCAN assessment with PM
- Make sure the risk management well applied in project
Rights:
- Be involved in customers' interviews and visit,Filed tests plan;
- Alert project team when decisions are not in the way of customer satisfaction;
- Escalate the project quality position to Quality Function in case of team disagreement on key topics impacting the customer safety of satisfaction;

- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English;
- Good communication skill;
- Self management and responsible;
- Enjoy detailed work;
- Team work spirit;
- Knowledge on 6 Sigma / DFSS will be a plus.
