职位描述：
1.负责进行非寿险市场化业务的开发，有较强的学习能力、独立工作能力与业务拓展能力；
2.管理和组建部门内市场开发和服务团队；
3.负责培训组织工作；
4.主要的客户对象是企业客户；

职位要求：
1.大专及以上学历；
2.在保险公司或保险经纪至少二年以上非寿险销售经验；
3.具备保险经纪相关知识，持有保险经纪人资格证；
4.对某一险种或保险市场领域有专长；
5.熟练使用办公软件；
6.具有团队合作精神，良好的领导、组织和协调能力。
