Responsibilities
1. Managed and maintained GM’s dairy. Scheduled on behalf of GM meetings between him & his direct reports and the committees and groups to which he is a member.
2. Ensured business dairy commitments, papers and travel arrangements were managed effectively including producing a daily folder, necessary papers, etc. and troubleshooting problems.
3. Administrated incoming/outgoing emails/telephone calls highlighted urgent correspondence and printed attachments
4. GM signature management
5. Minute general meetings as required and complete research on behalf of the GM.
6. Set up a standard archiving system both in paper and in E-version.
7. Provided a service that is in line with the GM’s work habits and preference.

Competencies
1. Bachelor's Degree or above.
2. Excellent language skills in English.
3. Proficient computer skills; particularly with MS word, Excel and Power Point.
4. A strong sense of responsibility & accountability to my work and the company & work ethic.
5. Highly organized and detail oriented. Can work proactively in anticipating and resolving problems.
