SCOPE: The Customer Service Manager is directly reports to the Station BD & Sales Manager.
1. Manage of China Customer Service team
2. Daily problem solving on customer service & operation
3. System and Efficiency utilization
4. Administration DETAILED DESCRIPTION
1. Manage of China Customer Service Team (40%)
? Manage and fully utilize the resources of the team to handle daily operational & customer service routine
? Responsible to manage the team of customer service (Air & Ocean), operation (Ocean & Domestic Service) and documentation to fulfill local customer's requirement
? Responsible to manage the vendors to increase efficiency & maintain high level of service requirement of customers, e.g.: Carriers, Coloaders, Customs Brokers, Truckers & Warehouse
? Sourcing through vendors for best pricing, service & solution for Sales team
? Responsible to follow up the order from Local Customers and communication with overseas network
? Prepare quotation to overseas network office/ agent
? Ensure service excellent to customer
? Working closely with Sales team and service providers to accommodate customers' service requirement
? Profit & Loss owner for the team
2. Daily problem solving on Customer Service & Operational issues (30%)
? Handle the service complaint from local customer
? Solve the operational issues with local vendors as carriers, coloaders, customs brokers, truckers & warehouse
? Consistently review of process to avoid customer's claim
3. System & Efficiency Utilization (20%)
? Responsible for timely job closing for financial reports
? Responsible to streamline the process for customers' reports
? Timely input of Job Profit for reporting purposes
4. Administration (10%)
? Coordination with all related departments to ensure high efficiency & profitability
? Communication with the team to ensure high efficiency & productivity Job requirement: Technical:
? Good command of English;
? Familiar with import process includes ocean & air shipment;
? Have the ability of streamline the operation procedure;
?Good management skill and can help the team members to solve problem. Business:
?College degree or above,major in logistics, or freight forwarding;
?8+ years experience in freight forwarding import department;
?5+ years experience on duty supervisor/ manager;
?Responsible to manage the vendors to increase efficiency & maintain high level of service requirement of customs brokers, truckers&warehouse
?Sourcing through vendors for best pricing, service& solution for sale team.
