SCOPE:
The Tele-Sales Representative, reports to the Station Sales Manager under the jurisdiction of Branch Manager and Regional Trade Lane Management.
1. Developing New Business from existing suppliers
2. Maintaining local customers relationship
3. Administration and Reporting
4. Team Participation

DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
1. Developing New Business from existing suppliers (40%)
? Call 10 existing customers and 5 new customers per days to generate local prepaid business and sales leads
? Achieve 100% success rate for Ocean Routing Order to Air Prepaid business and ensure highest profit margin for company
? Meeting local suppliers for relationship building with 5 per week
? Introduce and promoting TGF's service to client intensively and continuously
? Sales Leads generation to field sales for new business opportunity
? Finding information as much as possible from customers (existing / new customer) and also from other reliable sources to develop a new business opportunity
? Investigating market situation and competitor's activities and report to the immediate manager.

2. Maintaining Local Customers relationship (30%)
? Making quotation or giving verbal information of rates and charges to the customers
? Responsible to follow up the order from Customers and communication with the overseas network
? Assist and coordination with C/S or OP for proper job closing
? Monitoring customer's payment flow in coordination with Accounting Dept and ready to get payment collected whenever necessary
? Being a trouble-shooter for customers and giving a tailor made solution in coordination with other related departments

3. Administration (20%)
? Make a complete pre-plan visit report of following week on Friday and submit to the manager accordingly
? Make a complete visit report of the week activities and submit to the manager on Friday.
? Raise SOP to relevant operation when customer onboard
? Sales Leads coordination

4. Team Participation (10%)
? Attending weekly Sales Meeting on every specific day at certain time in the office without fail and being pro-active to give idea and inputs during the meeting
? Collaborate professionally with all other departments
? Sharing information of the market situation and competitor's activities
? Participate actively in the development and on-going overall improvement of TGF. Carry out other duties as assigned by Supervisor and/or Manager
