This position will be supporting the Asia Solution Manager for providing key customers leading edge operations and client’s leading edge information systems, delivering value to our clients and contribute to cost minimisation and process improvement.

Working with TGF Asia team in the development of strategy and co-ordination of solutions and client implementations with regional sales and operations management.

Key Responsibilities：

? Work closely with other key regional managers in developing the client solutions. These managers include Supply Chain Sales, Strategic Account Management, Freight Sales and Trade Lane Development Managers.

? Involved in the sales cycle with Supply Chain Sales team to meet potential and existing customers to evaluate, build and deliver the “Best Fit” solution.

? Actively contribute to the Asia leadership team and build strong credibility with Asia Regional and Functional Management.

? Attend and contribute to strategic development of TGF, regular meeting’s with internal management to discuss and deliver on “continuous improvement programs”.

? Analyze and evaluate data and information about markets, trends, external environment and company capabilities, goals and strategy to develop recommendations to the client.

? Review and interpret cost and pricing models of the client solution and explain these to the client and make recommendations to client based on the models result.

? Implement cost effective solutions for both TGF and customer

? Attends meetings with Supply Chain Sales, Key account Management and Strategic Operations teams to discuss all opportunities for potential and existing customers.

? Good in communication and arrange customer visit and presentation

Requirements:

? Well influencing skills with ability to interface with a broad range of stakeholders

? Able to work across cultures, understand how each culture thinks and deal effectively with cultural differences.

? Proven ability to adapt and provide a flexible approach to client solutions

? Demonstrated understanding of client relationships based around product expertise and deep understanding of local operating conditions

? Have the knowledge in Freight forwarding, trading, Warehouse VAS, and logistics service.
