Mission
Rresponsible for assisting credit controller in overall credit risk management through proper establishment of customer credit offering, regular review of existing customer performance and credit risk continuous portfolio risk analysis. Assisting senior credit controller in managing accounts receivables and work closely with other parts of the organization in collecting outstanding balances, to achieve DSO target and improve cash flow through pro-active management of customer receivable and cash application. Communicate closely with finance department of other Group subsidiaries for intercompany AR/AP. This position provides support to senior credit controller.

Activities:
? Provide aging & bad debts provision report after monthly closing;
? Print and send SOA and dunning letter accurately to customers regularly according to collection rules;
? Cooperate with sales or operation team for TOPN/delinquent/problematic customers on past due invoice, negotiation for commitment to pay;
? Instruct AR accountant in cash application for short-pay/dispute accounts;
? Prepare documents required by litigation or collection agency;
? Assist credit controller in establishment of customer credit offering, complying with the management principles of HQ;
? Well maintain forms of application together with financial documents & reports from commercial team for credit term extension;
? Actively involved in set up system for the new customer and relevant terms;
? Perform periodic review on customer's credit worthiness and minimize credit exposure;
? Daily support for vouchers needed for cash in/out; monitor the quality of AR/AP invoices and supporting documents on public driver;
? Daily response to the requirements of GEFCO subsidiaries, checking accounts/invoice copies/credit note;
? AR collection and confirm detail, allocating AP payment plan with other GEFCO subsidiaries;
? Issue recharge invoice to GEFCO subsidiaries;
? Consolidate AR/AP statement from branch on monthly base;
? Add comments on received AR statement from GEFCO subsidiaries;
? Support credit controller to prepare monthly cast forecast report;
? DSO analysis report by business union/sales group/branch;
? DSO Analysis report by customer for bonus of sales team;
? Other reporting required by Management.

Requirement:
? Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting
? Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in MNC or JV
? Excellent Excel skills, knowledge of MS Office
? Good command of English, both oral and written
? Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation
? Good understanding of local legal and business environment
? Knowledge of internal control functions and logistic workflow
