Job description

* Sourcing new suppliers
* Negotiation of order details with the buyers in European head office
* Check the status of the price inquires, samples and delivery etc
* Ensure the suppliers understand buying requests and alterations during the process of production
* Follow up orders from product development, sourcing, placement to shipment
* Prepare the QC file
* Visit the suppliers regularly to solve the production problem and maintain the relationship
* Arrange the seasonal buying meeting

Requirements

* University degree (preferable trading specialization)
* More than three years of actual working experiences in hand tools and power tools sourcing
* Orders follow up experience within foreign trading company or buying office
* Trading mentality
* Opening mind, good organizer and communicator, supervisory ability
* Basic knowledge of material, workmanship and the production process
* Fluent in spoken and written English
* Computer knowledge (Windows, MS office, Outlook Express)
