· 文具、快递与行政外仓管理；

· 公司商务差旅机票管理；

· 公司车辆管理；

· 门禁设备与考勤系统；

· 办公室保洁、维修、绿化管理

· 公司内刊新闻整理；

· 其它办公室行政相关事务。

职位要求

· 本科或以上学历

· 三年以上相关工作经验

· 良好的沟通能力、客户服务意识和团队精神

· 工作认真负责，细心有计划性，多任务管理；

· 英语熟练，大学英语6级

Responsibilities:

· Implement and audit Admin policy and procedure for local offices；

· Company Certificates for Shanghai Branch including application, amendment, annual check etc.；

· Shanghai Office Rent and Decoration；

· Company Business Visa and Foreign Visitors’ Invitation Letter；

· Company Activities including Annual Dinner and Company Outing；

· Office Stationery, Courier, Office External Warehousing；

· Company Business Travel Air Tickets；

· Company Car Management；

· Door System and Attendance System；

· Office Cleaning, Maintenance, Greening etc.;

· Company Internal Magazine News Consolidation；

· Other office administration related tasks.

Requirement:

· Bachelor’s degree or above

· Minimum 3-year related working experience

· Good communication skill, Customer Service & Relationship Orientation, with Team Orientation

· Good attitude and conscientious, systematic and good planning with multi-tasks ability.

· Good command of English skill, with at least CET-6
