Job description :

In charge of the management, development and expansion of the brand in China, reporting to the CEO Asia; Management of the teams.

- Set the local brand strategy. Define the product assortment, retail price price positioning and local marketing action plan (promotional activities, display guidelines, training program, incentive plan, etc)

- Manage and supervise the brand team

- Manage and control the local brand distribution

- Analyse the local performance with KPI follow-up (sell-in, sell-out, inventory turnover, marketing activities, etc)

- Manage the local service and production partners: PR, blogging, POSM and Visual Merchandising production, translation agencies companies, production companies

Requirements :

Strong experience in luxury fragrance (or at least cosmetic) industry at a similar position

10 years professionnal experience

Salary : 25000 - 50000RMB/month
