Main Tasks:
主要任务
1.Apply for new handbook and expand /close the handbook.
进料加工手册的申领、延期/增量、核销。
2.Prepare full set documents for handbook applying, expanding, closing, and some documents for tracking the milestones in each processes.
制作手册申领、延期/增量、核销的全套单证，和一些涉及到每个工序数据可追溯的单证。
3.Coordinate with related internal departments (purchase, warehouse, MSC, production, finance) to ensure the information shared to all people and collect all the needed information from them..
协调沟通与公司内相关部门的关系，确保信息共享和收集信息完整。
4.Coordinate with related external departments (customs, bank, commerce bureau) to ensure the correct information submitted to them on time .
协调和外部相关部门的关系，确保提交的信息准确及时。
5. Normal shipping issues like shipment booking, dispatch arrangement, customs clearance documents preparation etc.
普通船务的事项，如订舱、发货、报关单证制作等 。

任职要求：
1.At least two years related working experience of PMT(进料加工)，textile industry experience is better.
2.Internation trade
3.Certificate of declarant报关员证
4.English speaking 、writing、reading
5.MS office
6.Scrupulous、Married、Have children
