职位描述
工作内容
1. 负责全国连锁加盟新店招商工作，市场的策划、开发和组织的实施；
2、根据公司整体市场拓展策略，招募并发展符合公司加盟条件的加盟商；
3、负责现有加盟商的前期管理和协调,监督及评估加盟商的实力,不断寻找优秀的潜在加盟商；
4. 对目标开发地区及加盟客户进行同行业分析，进行前期搜集选址、对项目进行综合评估及市场分析，完成意向谈判、合同起草和修改、完善；
5. 负责加盟市场的运营管理，评估和监督，确保加盟商的门店运营，市场运作符合公司；
6. 密切观察市场动向，了解市场需求；针对不同地域情况制定相应市场发展方向、目标；切实深入即将开拓的市场，为公司提供第一手准确的市场资料；
7. 负责收集市场信息及竞争对手动态，以配合协助加盟商达成销售目标；
8. 负责与其他部门的工作沟通，并完成公司交予的其他
