2 作好预防性维修计划并实施。

Make and implement preventive maintenance plan.

3 设备故障的及时处理。

Deal with equipment failure in time.

4 协助维修经理做好外协加工客户的管理。

Assist maintenance manager to manage outsourcing processing customers.

5 协助维修经理作好维修费用的控制。

Assist maintenance manager to control maintenance cost.

6 设备开机率的提高。

Improve equipment open rate.

7 电气故障的及时处理。

Deal with electrical fault in time

8 协助维修经理做好项目的改造及跟进。

Assist maintenance manager to improve and track projects.

9 协助维修经理作好设备档案的综合管理。

Assist maintenance manager to manage equipment files.

10 做好维修报告及其它各项表格的填写归档

Make maintenance reports and other form filing.

岗位要求

机电专业，大专以上学历，

University or above, major in mechanical and electrical.

良好的英语听说读写能力。

Good English speaking and writing.

熟练使用办公自动化软件。

Familiar with office software.

工业机电维修及保养知识。

Good knowledge with industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance.

具备工业配电知识。

Good knowledge with power distribution.

具有电工上岗证书。

With certificate for electrician.

三年以上生产性企业工作经验。

Minimum 3 years work experience in productive enterprises

熟悉各种配电维修。

Familiar with all kinds of power distribution maintenance.

HEXPOL Compounding (HEXPOL) is an international group operating in the field of rubber compounding. With more than 40 mixing facilities in Europe, North America, and China, the company has been very successful in meeting customers' ever changing demand on quality, variety, and delivery. HEXPOL AB is active in three products areas, rubber compounds, plastic and rubber wheels, and gaskets for plate heat exchangers (PHE). In China, we have HEXPOL Compounding (Qingdao) Company Limited, Stellana Wheels (Qingdao) Company Limited and Gislaved Gummi(Qingdao) Company Limited.
HEXPOL Compounding (Qingdao) company is an HEXPOL wholly owned subsidiary registered in January of 2006, in Linggang Industry Zone of Qingdao.
